I would like to tell you about my positive experience of working with Polar Plant regarding the installation of my Solar PV system and ASHP with a new water tank. Reuben the MD came to visit our property and carried out a detailed inspection of our existing heating system (gas). He was very through in what we had and the benefits of installing Solar and the possibility of moving to the new ASHP. He then produced 2 detailed quotes for both, this included days on site and how the installation would proceed.

I cannot praise his installation team highly enough, the workmanship and explanation of why wiring and plumbing had to routed in a certain manner was explained before hand and all areas that were exposed had been repaired to the highest standard.

We are delighted with our new system and Ruben has future proofed our system so that we can add more efficiency savings as we develop our home project.

One of the nicest things about being a customer of Polar Planet is that if I ever have to ring the office I am greeted with “good morning George, how can I help” I appreciate caller ID but this little gesture is just one of the many positives of working with Ruben, Demelza and the Polar team.
